Do I need good Credit to start?
You don't need perfect credit, but you do need at least a 580 credit to get in the game. That's the bare minimum. I recommend a 620+ for better rates, smoother approvals, and more options, but if you're not there yet, I can help you get there.
What if i don't have money right now?
I work with all kind of budgets, but I don't do excuses. I offer payment plans and flexible support, but this is for people who are ready to invest in results, not just talk.
How long does credit repair take?
Most of my clients see movement in 30-60 days, but depending on your report and how fast you upload your docs. It's a process, but I move fast when you do.
Do you help with down payment assistance programs?
Yes, I connect you with legit DPA programs and lenders who actually work with your situation. You just need to show up ready.
Can I work with you if i'm not in houstoN?
Yes, I work with clients nationwide. Everything I do is virtual, efficient, and personalized to your situation. If you're looking to purchase a home outside of Houston, I can refer you to a colleague of mine, in your state.
is the 15-minute call really free? or is there a catch?
It's really free - no catch. But I only take a few per day, and it's for people who are serious about moving forward, not just browsing.
what's the difference between the 15-minute call and the 30-minute vip call?
The 15-Minute call is a quick overview. I see where you're at and tell you your next best move. The 30-Minute VIP call is a deep dive: we go over your credit, your home goals, your money, and I build a full plan tailored to you.
can i reschedule if i miss my call?
Yes, you're allowed one courtesy reschedule. Please note that time slots are limited and in high demand, so it's important to show up on time. Missed calls without notice will have to be rescheduled for the 30-Minute VIP call.
Do I need to be pre-approved before working with kee?
I prefer a pre-approval, but it is not required before booking a call. Once we have discussed your goals and if you're ready to buy within the next 30 days, I can guide you through that process and connect you with trusted lenders who fit your situation.
How do I know which package to choose?

What if i only want credit repair and i'm not ready to buy a home?
That's perfectly fine. I work with clients at all stages, whether you're preparing to buy in the future or just want to improve your financial health right now.
Can i really move into a home in 90 days or less?
That's the goal and yes, it's very possible. I've had clients get pre-approved, find their home, and close all within 90 days. But keep in mind, it depends on a few things like your credit, paperwork, lender speed, and how ready you are when we start. I'll guide you through every step to make sure we're moving fast and smart...no wasted time, no false hope. If you're serious, let's get you serious results.
